He captioned the post, "So went out for a 2am snack and my friend (wearing a MAGA hat) had his hat stolen and a drink thrown in his face (and mine, you can see my arms on the left of the video)". The family lives in San Antonio, Texas.

The video, which began midway into the argument, shows a man believed to be Jimenez holding a red "Make America Great Again" hat and tossing a large cup of soda in the teen's face.

According to reports, however, police say Jimenez first asked Richard why he was wearing the hat, to which he said he was supporting the president.

The witness told reporters that the Wednesday evening incident happened after the teens made racist comments about minorities. "B*tch-ass motherf*cker, this is going to look great in my f*cking fireplace".

Richard says the man pulled some of his hair while stealing his hat. Jimenez was seen by a magistrate and booked into the Bexar County Jail, where his bail was set at $5000.

Jimenez has reportedly faced backlash over the incident.

Jimenez has since been fired from his job as a part-time employee at Rumble, a local bar, the San Antonio Express-News reported. He said he condemns his brother's actions.

Kino Jimenez is accused of attacking teen Hunter Richard.

"They said they wanted it to be legal for white people to kill any other race for the Fourth of July", the witness said. In addition to his arrest, Heavy is reporting that he was also been kicked out of the Green Party after his stunt came to light. We are not violent.

"We've got strangers coming to our door, asking for him".

The video and subsequent postings about the incident sparked political back-and-forth tweets among Trump supporters and critics. Several prominent administration officials have been accosted in public spaces, and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-California) drew fire from Republicans and establishment Democrats for calling for more harassment at a rally in Los Angeles two weeks ago. The is heard telling the teenager, "you ain't supporting s***".

What he didn't know is that Brad Parscale, President Trump's campaign manager, had beaten him to the punch, sliding into the DM's (Twitter's Direct Messages) of one of Hunter's friends.
