Now, she's filed divorce papers in court asking for the star to both pay child support and retroactively pay what he's missed.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Jolie has asked the judge to finalize the divorce before their custody dispute is even settled.

"Angelina is not in need of money and could easily put a payment plan together for child support with Brad without this aggressive approach, but this is the way she chooses to handle things", the source continues.

On Tuesday, Angelina Jolie's lawyers brought a new filing to court alleging that Brad Pitt hasn't paid ANY "meaningful" child support for the previous year and a half during their ongoing divorce proceedings - a HUGE accusation, if proven to be true!

Not only that but days before this new development, some reports claimed Jolie's divorce lawyer Laura Wasser chose to quit because of how reportedly hard it is to work with the movie star. The TMZ story is not true.

World heading towards irreversible 'hothouse' state
An Irish climate change academic has warned of "runaway warming" if global temerature increases are not maintained below 2C. Currently, global average temperatures are just over 1°C above the pre-industrial period and rising at 0.17°C each decade.

The divorce proceedings are nearly at the two year mark, and according to a source, a major part of the delay is finding a custody agreement that works for both actors.

A source familiar with the matter, who was not authorized to speak publicly, said that "Brad is someone who fulfils his commitments". They are kind of at an impasse'.

Earlier this year the pair clashed over Angelina's wish to take the children to Europe whilst she was shooting Maleficent 2 - a move Pitt opposed.

A source told US Weekly recently that Jolie is "angered" that Pitt is fighting for joint custody of their six children: Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10. 'Angelina has been in London and is free to travel for shorter periods of time. But she can't leave with the kids for several months'.

Pitt's spokesperson has yet to respond to the allegations, which emerge days after Jolie's representative, Mindy Nyby, denied reports suggesting the actress' main attorney, Laura Wasser, had quit over "internal conflicts" regarding the case.
