Derby County team news for Leeds United visit

Leeds gatecrashed Frank Lampard's party with a powerful attacking display that swept Derby aside 4-1 at Pride Park.

The Leeds manager, Marcelo Bielsa, continued to burnish his credentials as one of the best coaches in world football as his team maintained their ideal start to the season by once again brushing aside one of the Championship's fancied teams.

Leeds took advantage by breaking quickly and Samuel Saiz played the ball to Klich who fired a 25-yard shot past Scott Carson and into the bottom left corner.

It could have been more such was Leeds' control of a game against one of the teams expected to challenge for promotion.

The Rams were outplayed by the Whites with an early goal by Mateusz Klich setting the tone.

Leeds regained the lead through Kemar Roofe, the striker rising between two defenders to loop a header into the net from Ezgjan Alioski's left-wing cross after the home side had failed to clear their lines.

United did not lose their confidence, however, as Samuel Saiz sent a volley wide from the edge of the box and a second goal followed when Alioski's excellent cross was equally impressively headed home by Roofe.

Ayew joins Eagles in season-loan deal
The 26-year-old Ghana International will try to help Palace improve on their 11th place finish in the Premier League last season. Crystal Palace are on the verge of finalising a deal for Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew , according to a report.

Derby brought in Martyn Waghorn and the £5million signing from Ipswich had a chance in the fourth minute but scuffed his shot and Mason Mount could not convert the rebound.

But there was nothing that Carson could do about a superb second goal for Roofe on the hour mark as the striker produced a sensational touch to turn Fikayo Tomori to work space for a deadly finish that was smashed into the net. The follow-up effort by Ayling was well blocked and Derby survived.

"That first 15 to 20 minutes they were causing us a lot of problems, then we got back into the game with a great free-kick from Tom. We can't get carried away".

He said: "We are very focused".

Lampard will be hoping to make it 11 wins over their rivals, as The Rams look to start their Championship campaign with back-to-back victories for the first time since 2011.

Derby: Carson; Wisdom, Keogh, Tomori, Lowe; Bryson, Ledley (Johnson 45), Mount (Bennett, 74); Wilson (Jozefzoon, 61), Waghorn, Lawrence.
