A man bolted on stage as Beyonce and Jay-Z ended their set in Atlanta on Saturday night.

Maxwell apparently made some sort of contact with JAY-Z during the melee, but not with Beyoncé.

The Carters were performing at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday night during their On The Run II tour when a fella chose to try and storm the stage. When the surrounding dancers and security team realized what was going on, a scene bordering on pandemonium quickly ensued as the man got apprehended. Then, they sprinted into action, as did the security guys. At the end of their performance, Bey and Jay turned to walk backstage, at which point fan videos from the concert show a man jumping on stage and attempting to follow the Carters. "We are happy to report that nobody was hurt during the incident and Mr. and Mrs. Carter are choosing not to press charges against the individual".

Palace started the game brightly and Etienne Capoue was booked for catching Zaha inside the first five minutes. But Watford held on for the win as they remain the surprise package of the opening month of the season.

We would like to thank the hard work of our tour security who effectively restrained the individual and all of our dancers and team who handled the situation so professionally.

Soon after, Beyonce's rep, Yvette Noel-Schure, posted a photo of the couple on Instagram along with a reassuring message for fans concerning the incident.

The clips showed Beyonce - who looked ultra glamorous in a billowing tan coat - sauntering off the stage from the back holding her husband's hand.
