Rain and storm chances continue

More rain on the way for North Texas! Partly cloudy Sunday with a few pop up shower and storms possible as highs return to the upper 70s to mid-80s. Do not drive into flooded roadways! With Monday being back to school for some school districts, a wet commute or wet ride to school is possible.

Sunday will shape up similarly to Saturday with a few afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Severe storms are unlikely, but any t-storms will have very heavy rain and could have some strong wind gusts. The northwoods will have the best chance of seeing rain tomorrow, though the whole area has at least a slight chance.

The hot and dry pattern looks to continue Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the low to mid 90s and heat indices soaring to 103-107°.
