Vikings fans say that Carlson buckled under pressure in the 29-29 tie against the Packers.

They didn't immediately announce a replacement for Carlson, but Dan Bailey, the second-most accurate field goal kicker in National Football League history and a free agent after being released by the Dallas Cowboys two weeks ago, will reportedly sign with the Vikings. He missed two field goals in overtime, including one from 35 yards that could have won it for the Vikings. Bailey kicked for Dallas from 2011-17 before he was released September 1 in a surprise move.

The former Cowboys kicker agreed to sign with the Vikings Monday after the team waived Daniel Carlson, NFL Media and ESPN reported.

OnePlus 6T Headphone Jack Removal Causes Fan Backlash
However, nearly two years later, the company has now announced a new pair of wired earphones, dubbed OnePlus Type-C Bullets. While the lack of a headphone jack is disappointing, at least the rest of the OnePlus 6T is looking interesting.

Carlson then missed his third field goal of the game, wide-right for the third time as well. According to Jordan Schulz of Yahoo Sports, Bailey remains unsigned due to his financial demands. He struggled in the latter half of the 2017 season after sustaining a groin injury.

Bailey waited for an opportunity to join a title-contending roster, as he previously declined other offers.

Missing one field goal is bad. The kicking carousel had already cost the team one divisional game and with the margin of error being thin in a loaded NFC, it was a risk worth taking.
