Report Former All Star Center Andrew Bynum Attempting to Make NBA ComebackMore

Andrew Bynum is planning workouts with National Basketball Association teams before training camp. He spent the rest of that season listed as inactive while still on the Pacers roster.

The former first-round pick of the Los Angeles Lakers and, at one time, a dominant paint presence before injuries derailed his career, apparently has caught the itch to return to the National Basketball Association. He is one of five players from the 2005 draft to make an All-Star game along with Chris Paul, Deron Williams, David Lee and Danny Granger. He was traded to the 76ers in August 2012 but never played in a game for them as he struggled with knee injuries.

After his contract expired after that season, Philadelphia opted to not re-sign him and Bynum signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers on July 19, 2013. With a solid average 15 points and 8 rebounds per game in that 2010 season, it looked like the then-22-year-old was about to dominate the League. He played in 60 of the 66 games during that lockout-shortened season.

City Council signs off on one-year pilot program for e-scooters
According to the pilot program, a tail light and a notice saying "Not To Ride On Sidewalk" are required for each scooter. Right now the scooters are not street legal, and not allowed downtown in the business district at all.

The Cavaliers traded him to the Chicago Bulls on January 6, 2014 and he was waived the next day. Bynum's last appeared in the National Basketball Association was in the 2013-14 season, where he spent time with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers.

For his career, he averaged 11.5 points and 7.7 rebounds to go with 1.6 blocks per game.
