Tom Brady reacts to Jimmy Garoppolo's injury: 'I feel bad for him'

The 49ers suffered not one, but two losses Sunday in Kansas City. Although, chances are high that the team's fear that it is a season-ending torn ACL will be realized. Brady, who spent three years in the New England Patriots' quarterback room with Garoppolo, was asked about his former teammate's stroke of bad luck Monday morning on WEEI's "Kirk & Callahan" radio show. "It's a tough injury". He said he feels "terrible" for his former backup. You hate to see people go down, someone I really like and have been friends with.

The initial diagnosis is that Garoppolo, whose arrival last year gave the bumbling 49ers a boost of excitement and whose five-game flourish sent expectations soaring this year, tore his ACL and will be lost for the season. He was carted off shortly after, and has been officially diagnosed with a "knee injury". He missed the next 15 games, and that is the only extended absence he has had due to injury throughout his entire career.

Anthony Davis Has Signed With Agent Rich Paul And Klutch Sports
Davis is being represented by Rich Paul , who of course is prominently known for working as an agent for LeBron James . Davis is now set to make $25.4 million this season in the third year of a five-year, $127 million deal.

After signing Jimmy G to his massive contract this offseason, the 49ers obviously have faith that he can soar to the same heights as Brady.
