She is primarily known for her film work, having appeared in projects like "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", "Mad Max: Fury Road", the "Divergent" films, and "Dope".

Writers Veronica West (Ugly Betty) and Sarah Kucserka (Chicago Fire) created the series and will executive produce alongside Kravitz, Josh Appelbaum (Alias), André Nemec (Zoo), and Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg, who co-wrote the 2000 film's screenplay as inspired by Nick Hornby's book.

Getting a leg up: Zoe Kravitz, 29, has been cast as the lead of the forthcoming High Fidelity TV series, reported The Hollywood Reporter on Monday. Kravitz will reprise John Cusack's role as a music junkie record store owner who's obsessed with pop culture trivia and minutiae. It's a bit of a full-circle moment for her as her mom, Lisa Bonet, played Cusack's girlfriend in the movie.
