Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade have welcomed a baby girl via surrogate. The Miami Heat basketball player announced the news on Instagram on Thursday.

Dwyane, 36, missed his Miami Heat game on Wednesday against San Antonio citing "personal reasons" and it wasn't long before the athlete revealed on social media the reason he'd been absent. Gabrielle Union & Dwayne Wade's baby's name has yet to be confirmed, but the couple may have provided an Easter egg for fans through song lyrics on Wade's Instagram post. Welcome to the party sweet girl!

The couple has been trying to have a child of their own for years, but, as Union has bravely revealed publicly, they have struggled for some time with infertility. His three sons are Zaire, Xavier and Zion, and Zaire Wade is now a junior at American Heritage High in Plantation and a college basketball recruit that has received a scholarship offer from Nebraska, Union's alma mater. The star told Dr. Oz, "There's so much shame and mystery and guilt that surrounds fertility issues and that's why I wanted to include it in my book because I'm exhausted of it".
