Since Google has a significant power over the internet - website owners should start clearing up their site in order to prevent any bad marking.

UPDATED Google is planning to roll out tougher sanctions against websites featuring deceptive content with the release of Chrome 71, an upcoming edition of its browser software due out next month.

Chrome will automatically detect if the subscription data on a webpage is insufficient and show up a warning page where users will be given option to either go back or proceed to the page. Inform users on what actions they will be charged for, before being charged.

When at this page, you can view interstitials related to SSL, SafeBrowsing, Captive Portal, and Supervised Users. They are requested not to hide the billing information from the users. Information should be visible on all types of devices.

In a bid to scam users, there are web pages that give inadequate information about their subscription services.

Floods kill 7 in Jordan, visitors seek high ground in ancient Petra
It broadcast footage of tourists sheltering on high ground on both sides of the access road to Jordan's biggest attraction. Amru said two girls had gone missing in the Madaba region, later announcing that one of their bodies had been found.

The warning will also be shown if the site administrator does not clearly explains the fee structure of the service.

Websites showing "abusive advertisements" will soon face the wrath of Google Chrome as it will be blacklisting them for it.

So, once the web pages don't meet up to standards, Chrome 71 will issue a warning.

Such forms have been around for decades, and they've been used to let users pay for things by entering their phone number into a form, which in turns charges the user by adding a fee to his monthly (fixed or mobile) telephone bill.

When Google identifies these pages the webmaster will get notified through the Search Console. "For websites that aren't verified on Search Console, we will do our best to get in touch with the webmasters affected and will be available to answer questions in our public support forum available in 15 languages". Chrome 71 is expected to arrive by December 2018.
