An important addition has also been made to the T20I squad with the inclusion of medium pacer Siddarth Kaul.

Rohit Sharma's unbeaten 111 off 61 balls powered India to a commanding 195 for two wickets, and he returned to marshal his bowlers who restricted Windies to 124-9 to earn an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.

Jasprit Bumrah, Umesh Yadav and Kuldeep Yadav have been rested for the third Twenty20 global between India and Windies, the Board of Control for Cricket in India announced on Friday. In a press release, the BCCI said that the decision has been taken to allow the bowling trio to be in the best physical condition ahead of India's tour to Australia, which is set to begin from November 21, 2018. Kaul has played two T20Is so far, besides three ODIs. The right-arm seamer has not taken any wickets in the 50-overs format but has 3 wickets under his belt in the shortest format at an average of 13.

Yuzvendra Chahal, who has not yet played a T20I match against the Windies, might find a place in the playing XI now with Kuldeep, the other wrist spinner, rested.

Marine Corps issued a statement extending "its deepest condolences to the families of the victims in this senseless tragedy". The Borderline Bar is popular with students of California Lutheran University, Pepperdine University and other area schools.

Kaul has been part of various Indian limited-overs squads, though his global appearances have been limited to three ODIs and two T20Is.

Kaul joined Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Khaleel Ahmed as the fast bowlers that Rohit Sharma can choose from for the third T20I.

The absence of key men will give a chance to players like Washington Sundar, Shahbaz Nadeem and Kaul to show their wares as the 2019 World Cup gets near.
