Knicks coach Fizdale pleasantly surprised by Porzingis progress

Porzingis will be a restricted free agent then and the Knicks are projected to have just more than $30 million available under the salary cap, enough to lure a max value contract in free agency.

While Fizdale said that Porzingis was "working his butt off", he also noted that the player hadn't yet advanced beyond the light running and shooting that he had been doing before the Knicks started their preseason training.

"I'm the only doofus that didn't know he had went out to the track", the coach said. I'm not as much on the day-to-day updates. He's really lived up to everything I've asked from him.

Kristaps Porzingis didn't seem to have a problem walking around NY on Thursday night - on an evening where he set out to prove he's further along in his recovery than people think.

Porzingis hasn't spoken to reporters since the opening day of training camp in September, when he said he was "getting itchy" to return to the court.

Macron Hosts Trump, Putin, Merkel On 11th Hour, 11th Day, 11th Month
He'll deliver it at the Suresnes American Cemetery outside Paris , which was set aside for fallen United States soldiers. The "main victim" of the withdrawal, Macron argued, is "Europe and its security". "It is playing on fears, everywhere".

Though the New Yorks Knicks are struggling and likely headed for the lottery again next summer, this isn't going to be a "lost" season for the franchise as in years past.

Perhaps David Fizdale forgot, wasn't properly informed or never fully understood that Kristaps Porzingis doesn't send subtle messages. The Knicks did not sign him to a rookie extension before an October 15 deadline, meaning he will be a restricted free agent in the offseason.

Porzingis didn't have to speak out to clap back at the reports.

"We're fine. KP is great".

Fizdale, who is in his first season as Knicks coach, added that he planned to handle any controversies such as this one directly and in-person. We like the routine we got him on right now. "So why let things linger?" he said. It's all usually some miscommunication or a misunderstanding and something you could've hashed out as an adult right there.
