An argument Saturday at a Florida Walmart garden center ended when a woman was fatally shot several time.

The suspect, a 55-year-old black male, was transported to a local hospital with a self-inflicted gunshot and is in cust of Ocala Police Department, according to a post on Twitter.

Just before 3 p.m., the woman was taken into an ambulance outside the store, 4980 E. Silver Springs Blvd., and taken to a hospital.

LeBron James says Lonzo Ball 'doesn't realize how great he is'
After Ball struggled on the road in Miami and Orlando last week, LeBron and other Lakers told him to start being more aggressive. Utah held the up-tempo Lakers to 13 fast-break points and just five offensive rebounds in addition to LA's 24 turnovers.

He said the victim and the gunman dated for about nine months but were now apart.

Colleen Wade told the Ocala Star-banner that she was shopping inside the store, walking toward the garden area, when she heard a crashing sound.

He is not expected to survive, police said. Ballard said he was an aisle away when the shooting took place.

No details about the woman have been released by police, who were trying to reach her relatives.

The suspect fled the scene but was later captured by authorities.
