Sunset Overdrive

The fact that Sunset Overdrive is getting a PC port isn't a huge surprise to anyone in the Kotaku UK offices, but how close to release it is being announced sure is.

Insomniac's official announcement today didn't offer any price, but it confirmed the Friday release date. More than likely, Hryb will reveal that the game is available that day, and will also detail what players can expect from it.

Insomniac Games' 2014 action-adventure "Sunset Overdrive" is finally available on PC after four years of Xbox exclusivity. Nevertheless, Sunset Overdrive remains one of the best exclusives on Xbox One and it's great to see more people having access to it. The game will launch later today with all DLC included at a fairly low price. You won't have to spend any more to experience the entire package. The Sunset Overdrive description states, "the year is 2027 and Sunset City is under siege". Your old boss? Dead. Sunset Overdrive is an open-world playground of post-apocalyptic possibilities. The listing also stated that the PC port would contain the Mystery of Mooil Rig and Dawn of the Rise of the Fallen Machines DLCs, and would cost $20 in the United States (approximately £15).

An open world with no rules - leap off buildings, run along walls, And grind power lines and rails to destroy your foes from every angle. It was well-received by critics when it first launched, with many praising its visuals, humor, traversal system, and combat. I highly suggest you pick it up even if you're a tad bit interested.
