Ravens Hire Greg Roman As Offensive Coordinator

The Baltimore Ravens apparently had enough of their offensive woes.

Roman, who was the team's tight ends coach and assistant head coach, will take over the offensive coordinator duties from Marty Mornhinweg, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.

Though he's losing the coordinator job, Zrebiec reports that Harbaugh has asked Mornhinweg to remain with the team in a different role.

Ford lost $245 million in Europe in the third quarter as sales slumped in Turkey and Russian Federation . The companies have only confirmed a commercial vehicle venture together to date.

The 46-year-old Roman is yet another National Football League coach who attended Division III John Carroll, which also produced Don Shula, New England Patriots general manager Nick Caserio and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, Los Angeles Chargers GM Tom Telesco, and retired linebacker London Fletcher, among others. When defenses began to shut down that strategy, Mornhinweg kept with it, with terrible results.

Greg Roman is taking the reins of the Baltimore Ravens offense going forward. But their AFC wild-card-round loss Sunday to the Los Angeles Chargers was marred by perhaps Jackson's worst performance as a starter.

With Roman's promotion came Mornhinweg's departure, which was by his choosing. Much of the system that Baltimore ran with Jackson mirrored what Roman had done with Colin Kaepernick when he was the offensive coordinator in San Francisco, from the pistol formation to the read-option plays.
