Apex Legends UPDATE Patch Notes February 13 changes for PS4 Xbox PC update TODAY
Seeing as how Apex Legends launched less than two weeks ago, Valentine's Day is the first chance we get to see how Respawn's free-to-play battle royale handles seasonal and special events. Anyone can get the Live Die Live badge by reviving another player during a game. The Valentine's Day themed items will be available in the game till February 19, after which players won't be able to purchase these items. These will be live and available in the store starting 2/13 until 2/19 and then they're gone! However, the update has caused issues on Xbox One that Respawn are now investigating.

Primarily the team have been rightfully focusing on tweaking the game rather than big sweeping additions.
"Choose from a lineup of outlaws, soldiers, misfits, and misanthropes, each with their own set of skills", boasts the game's official description. For now, this update is enough to keep the Apex hype train rolling.
Various improvements and tweaks to UI. For example, the 1.03 patch fixes an issue where friends are shown as offline and unable to party as well as an extended timeout error causing players with slower hard drives to crash.
OR defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt leaving program
Leavitt spent two seasons with the Ducks after coming over from Colorado, but he was not hired by OR head coach Mario Cristobal. When Willie Taggart abruptly left OR for Florida State in December 2017, that opportunity seemed closer than ever for Leavitt.
The most important part of the patch notes for players on low and mid-end PCs is that Respawn has "addressed a number of stability and performance issues", along with solving a few other client and server problems.
Furthermore, an exploit whereby players could keep duplicating items in their inventory has also been banished for good, the developer assures us.
Some slight changes have been made to the core gameplay, as well, with the Arc Star now displaying a grenade warning indicator, so you'll get more of a heads-up (or a heads-down, rather).
Addressed a number of stability and performance issues.
Shortened duration of Bloodhound's Eye of the Allfather clones to remain in the world by 1 second. This will affect all players that already have been rewarded the skins as well.
