While many companies like LG, Samsung and Sony have made a decision to introduce their new flagship smartphones at Mobile World Congress (MWC) later this month, Huawei won't reveal the P30 series until late March. According to a press note shared by the company on its Polish website, the Huawei P30 series will be launched at an event in Paris. It confirmed that the company will "present the latest smartphones in the P series" at a Parisian event in March. The renders not only showcased the rear of the device which has what looks to be a quadruple camera setup for the P30 Pro, and a triple camera setup for the P30. We see a watedrop notch, similar to the Huawei Mate 20 and Huawei Mate 20X, thin bottom bezel, while the other three sides practically have none whatsoever.

The absence of a fingerprint reader suggests that it may be under the screen.
