Morris considering Lakers, Rockets, Raptors and Thunder

That's according to National Basketball Association insider Ramona Shelburne.

Washington traded him to the New Orleans Pelicans at the trade deadline, and then New Orleans waived him.

The Lakers are also considering free-agent forward Carmelo Anthony, according to Shelburne. So, now it comes down to figuring out what's next for the Lakers, Anthony and Morris, because the situations may all be connected.

"As noted here before, LA has a preference for guys who've recently played", Shelburne wrote. The former Knick has not played since November 8. OKC now has Markieff Morris and Paul George at the swingman position.

The bank is also running a blockchain payments trial launched in conjunction with Australia's ANZ and the Royal Bank of Canada. When the worldwide payments are tested, it will be one of the first real-world applications for a cryptocurrency in banking.

While the Raptors are among the teams in for Morris, president Masai Ujiri has hinted that they will be patient with which free agent they pick to take their final spot. He has been out with a neck injury since January but got cleared this week to return.

In his 16th season in the NBA, Anthony lasted 10 games with the Rockets, averaging 13.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game while shooting 40.5 percent from the field.

"I think everybody's getting anxious now because the deadline for the buyout market is March 1 - you have to be waived by March 1 to play in the playoffs in the National Basketball Association".

But Anthony may have to wait it out as the Lakers, now three games out of the playoffs, hunt down more attractive options first.
