Then on Saturday, Avenatti said his offices had "become aware of the existence of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R Kelly".

A grand jury has been convened in IL to hear evidence against R. Kelly, reports said Monday.

The jury was reportedly convened after celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti surfaced and presented a tape to state attorneys that allegedly shows Kelly engaging in sex acts with a girl who says she is 14-years-old.

"I believe that as the result of the tape that we turned over to prosecutors that we can expect an indictment of R. Kelly ... shortly", Avenatti told The News. The convened jury has the power to indict R. Kelly as well as initiate a criminal trial against the Chicago singer. He identified the two of them on the videotape. However, Kelly's attorney Steven Greenberg has told TMZ that this is not true.

"Due to the importance of ensuring justice is finally done in this matter and because we are deeply concerned that Mr. Kelly has not been held accountable for his sexual abuse of young African-American girls, whom are especially vulnerable, we have done so on a pro bono basis", his Thursday statement said, per Newsweek. "We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement".

The State's Attorney's office didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. He also said he didn't know where the person had kept the video or why they hadn't provided it to law enforcement previously.

Having ended a two-year wait for a grand slam win at SW19, Djokovic believes he had to attempt to find satisfaction from within. Biles has become the most decorated gymnast in American history, taking home more world gold medals than any other athlete.

CNN reports that it has seen the tape and references to the girl being 14 years old were made multiple times.

At one point, the man asks the girl to urinate. After she complies, he urinates on her.

Kelly has faced allegations of sexual misconduct for many yearsbut has maintained his innocence.

Since the airing of the Lifetime docu-series, "Surviving R. Kelly", the public has been demanding charges be brought against him, but officials have yet to formally charge the star as they dealt with the hurdles of locating victims and forming a case.

The content of the video is similar to the acts Kelly was accused of in 2002 when he was arrested on child pornography charges.

Avenatti was spotted leaving the Cook County criminal courthouse on Friday with a state attorney. "The report is false", Greenberg said.
