Tucker Carlson Says Spiked Profanity-Laden Interview Was 'Heartfelt'

In collaboration with NowThis, Bregman apparently released the video in which you can hear Carlson flipping out and cursing at the historian.

The leaked video, posted on Twitter by NowThis News, shows the full segment-which, according to NowThis, Fox News "is refusing to air".

Bregman concluded in a final tweet that he wished he quoted Noam Chomsky when decrying tax-avoiding billionaires.

"Not one time", said Carlson, just before stressing that he and others on Fox News have "total freedom".

In a statement, Senior Executive Producer Justin Wells said that the interview with Bregman had been axed after he chose to sling insults rather than discuss the topic of the segment.

"What the Murdochs basically want you to do is to scapegoat immigrants instead of talking about tax avoidance, ' Bregman says to Carlson, referring to the family that owns Fox News" parent company.

'Tucker is someone who appreciates many points of view.

Galaxy S10+ vs Galaxy Note 9: What Buyers Need to Know
Finally, the flagship S10+ will have a display measuring 6.44 inches, a little larger than the 6.2-inch Galaxy S9 + from 2018. These are the questions that will begin to be answered on Thursday morning when Samsung's Unpacked event kicks off.

Then, Carlson addressed the audio. Higher inheritance taxes, higher top marginal tax rates, higher wealth taxes.

He says Carlson is "a millionaire funded by billionaires" and "not part of the solution" but "part of the problem, actually".

The next day on Twitter, Bregman said he made a decision to leak the interview to NowThis because "we should keep talking about the corrupting influence of money in politics".

The interview ended with an expletive-laden rant by Carlson, in which he told Bregman "Why don't you go f-- yourself, you tiny brain...moron", and also doubted that the show would air the clip.

'I tried to give you a hearing, but you were too f**king annoying, ' Carlson continued. It says, "I loved what you said at Davos, so I had high hopes for our interview. It also shows how angry elites can get if you do that".

"You can't handle the criticism, can you?" "You're professional academic [sic]", he reportedly wrote, "so I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but it was still disappointing". 'You would have to be a moron'.

Bregman has always been making the case for higher taxes among a raft of other measures to rethink the way the world works, including a shorter working week and a universal basic income. "It feels like I'm at a firefighters conference and no one's allowed to speak about water".
