Xiaomi is all set for the global launch of the Xiaomi Mi 9 on the 24th of February at MWC 2019.

Anyway, it will take another ten days before you know everything about the Xiaomi Mi 9. Similar to the Mi 8 Explorer Edition launched along with Mi 8 past year, Xiaomi is likely to add the transparent back-like finish on the Explorer Edition of the Mi 9. However, the rumor has it that the Mi 9 will have a 48MP, a 3D ToF camera, and an ultra-wide camera on the back.

According to the Weibo post by the top executive, the Snapdragon 855-powered flagship will have a four-lens function even though it has just three cameras. It is expected that the company will price the Mi 9 at 2999 yuan which translates into Rs 31,335.

The photos also confirm the triple camera at the back positioned vertically.

Pep Guardiola 'wants Tanguy Ndombele at Manchester City'
But Guardiola believes he has finally found a suitable replacement, but will once again need to battle United to seal the deal. The Citizens have relied heavily upon Ferandinho this season despite the 33-year-old being in the twilight of his career.

He has also said that the Mi 9 will be the world premiere of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and there's also a reference to Samsung and how Xiaomi needs more speed compared to its rival.

The device was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website with a single-core score on 3159 points and a multi-core score of 11174 points. However, looking at the track record, all the flagship Mi series devices have had a small screen size to keep the device compact, and therefore, my speculation is that the Mi 9 will not have a display larger than 6-inches.

The handset might also feature a 24MP selfie camera and could get an in-display fingerprint sensor. This attitude was followed by Xiaomi's Senior Vice President, Wang Xiang, who in turn shared smartphone images on Twitter.

The smartphone is most likely to come with a 3500 mAh battery with support for fast charging via USB type C port and wireless charging as well.
