
Caps forward Ovechkin posts eighth 50-goal National Hockey League season
Surpassing the threshold for the eighth time, Ovechkin is now one half-century scoring season away from matching Gretzky and Mike Bossy for the National Hockey League record of nine seasons with 50 goals.
