Square Enix just dropped the first trailer for the single player iOS and Android game.

Last year Square Enix released Octopath Traveler to great acclaim from fans and critics on the Nintendo Switch, now it's preparing to launch a mobile version.

Conquerors of the Continent is expected to launch for iOS and Android in Japan in 2019 and is free-to-play.

Its full title is Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent according to Forbes, and all characters from the original will return alongside new characters. There's no word from Square Enix yet if the game will be coming west or not, but most of Square Enix's mobile games do come over, and seeing Octopath Traveler's commercial success worldwide, there's no reason why it wouldn't. The game is set on the same Orsterra continent as the original game, but is set a few years before the start of the story.

Valve Blocks Release Of Explicit Sexual Assault Game On Steam
The game also allows players to " verbally harass, kill people and rape women as you choose to progress the story ". The statement went on to say that the game's chosen content matter made it hard for Valve to keep it on the store.

Switch has several brilliant exclusives, and the turn-based JRPG Octopath Traveler is one.

One of the main departures from the original is that the number of characters participating in battle has been increased to eight. Octopath Traveler for Nintendo Switch played great and shined in handheld mode for many gamers when it launched previous year. That being said, the characters from the Switch version will also appear in some form.

"To those expecting a new console game, we're working on it as well, but it will take a bit more time".
