The project, which started shooting in late January in Gujarat, is now completing its last leg in Mumbai, the film's makers said in a statement. The makers unveiled the first look and poster of the film in January in 23 languages, made a splash on the internet.

Produced by Ssingh, Anand Pandit and Suresh Oberoi, the film has actor Vivek Anand Oberoi in and as "PM Narendra Modi".

The movie will hit the screens on April 12, 2019. He will be seen playing the titular role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the biopic directed by "Mary Kom" fame filmmaker Omung Kumar. Recently, the release date was announced by the makers of the biopic and it will release on April 12.
