Veering away from his generally more arthouse-centric oeuvre, famed underground NY director Jim Jarmusch has taken on yet another horror trope (2014's Only Lovers Left Alive was a vampire romance) and injected it with a hefty sense of humor for his upcoming film The Dead Don't Die. The movie also features Tilda Swinton, Caleb Landry Jones, Iggy Pop, RZA, Danny Glover, Rosie Perez, Sara Driver, Carole Kaneand and Tom Waits. Although the zombie genre has been done to death, it looks like Jarmusch managed to make a film that's fresh, fun, and above all else, funny.

The astonishingly amusing trailer showcases Adam Driver, Bill Murray, and Danny Glover as hapless cops facing down a zombie apocalypse.

Jarmusch has previously worked with Driver, Murray and Swinton, so it will be interesting to see the culmination of all four collaborating on the same project. Murray himself is no stranger to zombie movies having appeared in the 2009 horror comedy Zombieland.

The rocket has encountered only two failures so far - its maiden developmental flight ended unsuccessful way back in 1993. On January 24, the ISRO flew a PSLV with two strap-on motors while in March, it had four strap-on motors, reported IANS.

But with a cast like The Dead Don't Die's, Jarmusch can do basically anything he wants. In 2017, he put out an EP with his drone-rock trio, SQÜRL and the year prior, he directed the Stooges documentary, Gimme Danger.

The Dead Don't Die is out via Focus Features on June 14th.
