Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hits home run out of stadium

There's no baseball prospect drawing more hype than Vladimir Guerrero Jr., and with good reason.

That's the word from Toronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo, who also used some caution when making said proclamation. The 20-year-old phenom blasted a homer out of Pawtucket's stadium last night.

Guerrero hit the ball out of the stadium in Pawtucket, into the parking lot beyond left field. But he does appear to have inherited Guerrero Sr.'s hitting ability. It was his second home run of the season for the Bisons.

Rumors of a secret wedding began swirling in December 2016, when the "Hello" singer was photographed with a band on her finger. In a statement on Friday, they said the pair were "committed to raising their son together lovingly".

The PawSox ultimately won Wednesday's game 11-8, rallying for seven runs between the seventh and eighth innings. Later in the inning, Sam Travis hit a two-run single.

Toronto Blue Jays top prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. took his dominance of minor league pitching further on Wednesday, hitting a home run out of a ballpark in a triple-A game. He was promoted to Triple-A Buffalo on July 31, 2018.

Through five games for Buffalo now this year, Guerrero has a.412/.500/.824 slash-line (1.324 OPS) with two home runs, six RBI and five runs scored.
