According to the developers, "One Dauntless", the cross-play and cross-progression vision Phoenix Labs set forth to achieve at launch, is a first for the games industry.

That's a pretty impressive haul, notable even more so for the fact that it's the first game to really pull off a fully cross-platform launch, with its "One Dauntless" concept meaning that it's playable cross-platform, between PC and consoles.

Apex Legends Revenue Has Reportedly Dropped Off a Cliff
Apex Legends might be declining in terms of user count, but it's still one of the most played battle royale games out there. The season two battle pass will be unveiled during E3 2019, which will hopefully rekindle some enthusiasm from players.

Phoenix Labs will continue supporting Dauntless with significant content roll-outs, and looks forward to welcoming Nintendo Switch and mobile players in the future.

Phoenix Labs' action-RPG Dauntless has just launched in full after being in beta access since a year ago, and now the developer has revealed that the game has welcomed over 500,000 new players in the first day of full release, pushing the global player count above four million. They say that players should expect some delays until the server traffic is ironed out and stable.
