Antonio Valencia has called time on his 10-year Manchester United career by returning to Ecuador and signing for Liga Deportiva Universitaria.

The capital club announced the arrival of Valencia on Friday with the Ecuador global signing a two-year deal that includes the option for a third season.

The 33-year-old joined United from Wigan Athletic in 2009 and went on to win two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, Europa League and the League Cup twice with the Red Devils.

In the video, Valencia appears at Liga's Casa Blanca stadium wearing the white number 25 shirt of his new club.
