Grace Kelly's granddaughter marries in Monaco

Grace Kelly - who became royalty after marrying the tiny European country's Prince Rainier III - died after she suffered a stroke and crashed her auto. The 32-year-old stylish royal exchanged vows with film producer Dimitri Rassam in a civil ceremony at Monaco's Prince's Palace on Saturday 1st June 2019.

The couple exchanged vows in front of their 6-month-old son Balthazar, and the bride's 5-year-old son Raphael from a previous relationship with comedian Gad Elmaleh. Dimitri has a daughter from his previous marriage, and she was also in attendance.

Rassam, 37, is the son of French actress and model Carole Bouquet and French film producer Jean-Pierre Rassam.

For her nuptials, Charlotte was wearing a short lace Saint Laurent dress with a pair of white strappy heels.

At one point, the groom was thrown into the water where he managed to dodge a giant inflatable watermelon.

According to Vogue, her uncle Albert II, Prince of Monaco and Princess Charlene and their children Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques were present for the civil ceremony.
