"Old Town Road" has remained a force on the Billboard Hot 100 charts for the last 11 weeks, making it the longest run on the chart since Drake's "In My Feelings" took the world by storm between July and September of 2018.

Later, he talked about working with production duo Take A Daytrip and what it's like being typecast as a country rapper after the success of "Old Town Road". "I thought you want this for my life, for my life / Said you wanted to see my thrive / You lied", he sings. You just like, you know a quick adjust. The track will sound familiar to Nirvana fans because the chorus interpolates the Nevermind single 'In Bloom'. "And people was like, 'Wow, he sampled Nirvana". It's like I didn't realize I was using nearly the exact same melody.

Following the release of "Panini", Lil Nas X immediately started fishing for potential remix features on Twitter. "I really want this to happen". Today, the 20-year-old hitmaker answers that question with his first new song since "Old Town Road" blew up, "Panini".

Nuggets Select Bol Bol At No. 44
Prior to the season, Bol was regarded as a lottery talented, expected to fall anywhere from within the top 10 selections tonight. Now, with Porter set to play in the NBA Summer League, the basketball world will be waiting to see if Bol Bol will do the same.

And if Lil Nas X decides he's not joking and actually wants a "Panini" remix featuring all of Hollywood's top chefs, he has another name to add to the list. Things didn't go as planned. "He's the biggest inspiration musically for everybody".

"Panini" is his second single from 7, his upcoming EP, which is set to drop in full on Friday 21 June, with appearances from Ryan Tedder (of One Republic fame), Travis Barker (of Blink-182), and Cardi B.
