'Stranger Things' Season 3 Trailer: Get Ready for Netflix's Summer Blockbuster

Unfortunately, Eleven and her crew thought they had closed the portal to the Upside Down in the previous season but Will begs to question if the monster was locked out and has been staying in Hawkins the whole time.

Stranger Things 3 will feature eight new episodes of the hit series, returning to the episode count of the first season rather than the nine episodes produced for the second season.

Netflix has released the final trailer for the show's third chapter on Friday morning, and oh boy is there a lot to unpack.

According to Netflix, "It's 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, and summer's heating up". Indeed, the Mind Flayer is back (or maybe he never left?) and looking for a new host-which he finds in Dacre Montgomery's antagonist Billy. To help get us hyped (like we weren't already) for the return of Mike, Eleven, our beloved Steve and all the rest, Netflix has dropped one last ultra-spooky trailer for the new season before it lands on July 4. We're going to end you.

Nuggets Select Bol Bol At No. 44
Prior to the season, Bol was regarded as a lottery talented, expected to fall anywhere from within the top 10 selections tonight. Now, with Porter set to play in the NBA Summer League, the basketball world will be waiting to see if Bol Bol will do the same.

Eleven is seen telling Sheriff Hopper (David Harbour) that she can fight, which he agrees that she can, and do so 'better than any of us, ' but he says she needs to be safe.

So we've now seen two very different trailers, tone-wise.

Stranger Things 3 had been postponed for a year and is now ready for release on July 4. "Romance blossoms and complicates the group's dynamic, and they'll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart", a blurb from the streaming giant says.
