Target is offering a 15 percent discount from July 13-20 to help teachers buy select classroom supplies and clothing items, according to the company's website.

The discount applies to all US teachers, including those that work in day care centers, early childhood education, home schooling and more.

Other documents that can be submitted include a school ID card, letter of employment on school letterhead, current pay stub and official documents.

"If you are successfully verified, you will receive two emails - one containing the teacher coupon and one containing an additional promotion this fall", the bottom of the form said.
