It's been almost one month since a driver killed seven motorcyclists in Randolph, N.H., and now one New England sports figure is stepping up to help the families impacted by the crash.

Kraft joined thousands of bikers from across the country outside of Gillette Stadium on Saturday for a memorial service organized by the Jarheads Motorcycle Club, to which the victims of the crash belonged. But when he took the stage, he made the surprise announcement that he would help the group raise the $700,000 they had sought with a GoFundMe campaign, according to CBS Boston. Kraft said if they did not reach their goal of $700,000 by the end of the day, he would match the difference.

Fans - and even major media outlets - mistakenly identified the woman as Ricki Noel Lander, Kraft's ex-girlfriend. but our sources say that woman is definitely NOT Ricki. "We are all Patriots and you are the true patriots".

"This event would not have come together without Mr. Kraft", he said over the sound of live music and roaring motorcycles.

George Loring, another Jarheads member, said the support helps, but "it doesn't stop the tears".
