The Walking Dead New Series Teases Places We Haven't Seen

In October AMC's flagship series will soon head into its tenth season and the only way a show, especially a genre show, gets to that kind of milestone is because plenty of people (despite admittedly declining viewership numbers) are still tuning to get their weekly fix of zombie survival drama.

"The new show is really on its own separate path". Jumping forward in time, perhaps decades into the future, isn't a move we expected from the Walking Dead Televisual Complex. "It won't look anything like the other two shows". One image, of a strung-up skeleton that has been covered with grown-out plants and flowers, looks like it came straight out of Annihilation.

Mindhunter Season Two Trailer Drops
It is when serial killers were becoming national talking points and cultural figures. Fincher says the world is a much different place in Mindhunter Season 2.

Produced and distributed by AMC Studios, the yet-untitled series will premiere on AMC in the spring. The series will follow those young people as they venture out of their walled community and embark on a risky quest, with some of them evolving into heroes and other into villains. The as-yet-untitled spinoff is due to being airing "this spring", so in Autumn for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, or around about the second quarter of 2020. It flits between the show's young stars (Nicolas Cantu, Aliyah Royale, Hal Cumpston, and Alexa Mansour) explaining the premise in-character, to flashes of concept art, to the stars then discussing their perspectives on it as actors in such a way that it essentially a lot being said without actually saying much at all.
