The former Monaco boss has been working as a TV pundit since he left the Emirates stadium, and has now made it known he will return to coaching.
In an interview with beIN SPORTS, Wenger said: 'I can not live today with the fact I will never be on the bench again.
"I never felt that I could live without Arsenal, being disconnected with the club", he added.
"It will be interesting to see how they develop, but overall I must say I always wanted to go to the World Cup because I felt it is the job of a manager to be where the best football players in the world play football".
"What I want for sure is to share what I know, and what I have learnt as much as I can in the game". Enough time will have passed and I will have been given sufficient distance from my most recent job.
