TMZ says Kevin's treatment continues at a live-in rehabilitation facility, where he is reportedly receiving "intense" physical therapy.

On September 1, Hart was involved in a ghastly auto accident and had undergone surgery after Jared Black, his friend, lost control of his vehicle and plunged all down a gully in collision with a wooden wall.

"Something on his back is pulling out on his spine", she told the operator. A separate 911 call from the scene of the crash revealed that Hart was rescued from the driver's side window, although it's believed Black was driving. Rebecca Broxterman, Black's fiancée and the next passenger in the vehicle or truck, suffered "small" accidents, according to a collision report.

So far, Hart has not yet issued an official statement on the crash. A representative for the California Highway Patrol told ET on Tuesday that they are doing a thorough mechanical inspection of Hart's Plymouth Barracuda and writing up the report will take about two weeks. Officer Haver said there's no reason to believe Hart was driving the auto.

Kevin has nonetheless to deal with the accident publicly, but near friend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson shared an update on his progress for the duration of Monday's physical appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Demonstrate.

He said: "Everything is good, I spoke with Kevin, I actually refer to him as my son. Thank God. I am glad, he is fine and he is awake", Parrish said. "It could've been a lot worse", Johnson said. So, he's a lucky man, and he appreciates it much too. "I desire him the very best and a speedy recovery and I am gonna see him before long".
