The deadly shooting on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn happened at an illegal gambling location, according to the New York Police Department (NYPD). While the circumstances that promoted the shooting are under investigation, they found dice and cards at the location.

"We'll go where the evidence leads us, but it's a little preliminary to make speculation whether it's a gambling dispute, whether it's a robbery, but that will unfold as the day goes on", Shea said.

Four men were pronounced dead at the scene, he said, and two men and a woman were left with gunshot wounds. The ages of the deceased range from 32 years old to 49 years old.

"This is a serious crime that requires a serious response", said Councilmember Robert Cornegy, who represents northern Crown Heights.

The Ole Gunnar Solskjaer regime seems committed to regenerating their squad with a younger profile of player. Indeed, Fellaini's departure appeared to signal the start of a change to their transfer philosophy.

"I've said it before and I'll say it until I can't anymore: we have an epidemic of gun violence that spares no community - and it won't stop until we get guns off our streets once and for all", Mayor Bill de Blasio said in a tweet Saturday morning.

The local police precinct headquarters is two blocks away. A year ago it had fewer than 300 in a city of more than 8.5 million people. As a result, police had increased patrols of the area. The gunfire, which began during a candlelight vigil for a neighborhood resident, injured four.

The Crown Heights shooting was listed on the Gun Violence Archive's website Saturday morning as the country's most recent mass shooting - a term that the database defines as a shooting where four or more are injured, excluding the shooter.

This is a developing story.
