Rob Gronkowski hired as TV analyst on FOX Sports

FOX Sports announced it has added Rob Gronkowski, a three-time Super Bowl victor with the New England Patriots and a sure-fire Hall of Famer, to its roster of studio talent. Coincidentally, Gronkowski's debut takes place this Thursday night on the pregame show ahead of New England taking on the New York Giants. He's signed with Fox as a regular analyst for the network's NFL Sunday pre-game show. "Their deep talent roster is unmatched, which was important for me as I embark on this new chapter in my life".

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Gronkowski has accepted a job to be an analyst on FOX NFL Sunday.

The 30-year-old Gronkowski joins some elite company on the set, too, including Pro Football Hall of Famers Terry Bradshaw, Michael Strahan and Tony Gonzalez, as well as NFL insider Peter Schrager. "His passion for the game and larger-than-life personality make him a ideal fit".

Fox Sports executive producer Brad Zager said in a statement that Gronkowski's passion for the game and larger-than-life personality made him a great fit.
