A special film to promote Every Mind Matters has been written by Richard Curtis and directed by Rankin, narrated by Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The new launch, which has been set up in partnership with the NHS, is a way helping people take simple steps to look after their mental health, improve their mental wellbeing and support others.

The 60-second version was released today, but the full two-and-a-half minute version will air Monday at 8:45 p.m. on all major British TV networks.

It will be introduced by presenter Clare Balding before being shown to an estimated 10.3 million United Kingdom viewers in what is believed to be a "broadcaster first". We feel stressed, low, anxious or have trouble sleeping.

Dr Caroline Dollery, Mid Essex CCG's mental health clinical lead, said: "We all have times when life gets on top of us, so it's great to see a national campaign sharing simple steps that we can all take to look after our mental health".

"Your brother, your mother, your colleague, or your neighbour", Prince Harry continues. Waiting, wondering, hoping, hurting. "We think there's nothing to be done, nothing we can do about it", the royals say in the film. "Nothing we can do about it". There are things we can do.

Markle adds, "But now, there's a new way to help turn things around".

Every Mind Matters is a new online program, with Harper's Bazaar explaining that the website allows people "to create a personalized action plan that recommends tailored self-care actions to help deal with stress, boost mood, improve sleep and feel in control".

Kate wraps up by introducing the initiative's "mind plan", aimed to help those in need to learn to cope with stress, boost their mood and sleep better.

However, Diabetes UK's research found "huge variation" between the best and worst performing areas when it came to checking diabetes in mental health patients.

This new resource is available for the public and for Global Positioning System to advise their patients to use.

John Newton, director of Health Improvement at PHE, said the core target of the platform is people who are developing early symptoms of poor mental health, but that evidence has shown it can also help people with "quite severe mental illness".
