Luke Walton accuser I thought he was going to rape

The woman who accused Luke Walton of sexually assaulting her in a hotel room in 2017 has officially dropped her lawsuit against the National Basketball Association coach, TMZ Sports has learned.

The ex-Spectrum SportsNet LA host alleged that Walton sexually assaulted her in 2014 while he was an assistant coach with the Golden State Warriors.

Now, Tennant has filed new court docs calling off the suit - asking a judge to dismiss with prejudice, which means she can't refile it. Tennant even said she was scared of being raped although Walton eventually got up and left.

The dismissal comes after the National Basketball Association and the Kings said in August that its own investigation found insufficient evidence to support the allegations against Walton. Investigators tried to interview Tennant on multiple occasions, but she declined to participate.

Tennant claimed she was "in shock and fear. I will have no further comment".

It was also rumored that Samsung was considering dropping the ultrasonic scanners for the next generation of Samsung devices. However, the only difference here is said to be the area that captures the fingerprint that is more than before.

Walton said in a court brief filed in July that the allegations against him are not backed up by facts and are created to attract media attention.

Walton - who denied the allegations from his time as a Warriors assistant coach and Lakers head coach - won't face a civil trial, either.

The Kings and the National Basketball Association launched a joint investigation into the allegations in April.

The investigation is considered closed unless new evidence becomes available, the Kings and the National Basketball Association said.

There is no indication that a settlement was reached between the sides.
