DaBaby was arrested on Thursday in Miami for alleged battery after being questioned over possible involvement in a robbery of a music promoter, who claims he was also doused in the face with apple juice during the incident.

Police in Miami arrested the Grammy-nominated rapper Thursday according to Fox46. According to the police report, the promoters had promised him $30,000 for his performance, but he was reportedly only given $20,000. The promoter says they began arguing before Kirk and others began attacking him, took his iPhone 7, credit card and $80 cash.

Days after Diddy called him the hottest rapper in the world, DaBaby finds himself in legal trouble after an altercation with a concert promoter in Miami.

The men then all got into a black SUV and started to pull away while the victim got up, but before the SUV left, one of the men ran out of the back seat and knocked him to the ground before getting back in the auto and leaving.

Man 'neutralised' after stabbing passers-by in Paris suburb Police
The man had attacked "several people" in a park in Villejuif before the Paris police department said he was "neutralised". A witness said he saw the attacker stab one man and that he appeared to select victims at random.

Kirk, 28, who is best known for his single Suge, was in South Florida for a New Year's Eve performance at a Miami Beach nightclub. He will stay in custody until further notice, Miami-Dade Corrections spokesman Juan Diasgranados said in an email.

Wait, There's More: DaBaby is expected to remain behind bars until sometime on Friday.

DaBaby was also arrested last week in his hometown after performing during a charity event.

This isn't Kirk's first run-in with police. He was arrested December 23 in Charlotte, N.C., on a charge of marijuana possession, according to XXL Magazine. The rapper publicly decried his arrest, accusing Charlotte police of "wasting resources and officers to harass me in [an] attempt to make a bad example out of me".
