Rodrigo Alves, who starred on "Celebrity Big Brother", told the Mirror on Sunday that she identifies as a woman and prefers to be called the pronouns "she" and "her".

But on January 5, Alves appeared as a trans woman in an interview with The Mirror, and said: "In recent years I have been known as the human doll Ken, but in fact, I have always felt like Barbie".

Having declared that it "feels amazing" to tell the world that she's a girl, Roddy Alves said that her body now finally matches her mind.

Alves said that she plans to have both top and bottom surgery, facial feminisation surgery and she will also have her "Adam's apple removed, [her] jawline shaved and [her] chin modified".

'I love it and everything that comes with it - going to nice hair salons and getting my nails, eyebrows and eyelashes done.

"I had an instinct towards toys and clothes designed for females".

"Growing up, I was very feminine and used to play with dolls and wear my mum's dresses and heels", she says, adding that she had breasts as a kid, due to her body producing more estrogen than most males. I was bullied at school because I was very feminine.

She said this spurred her on to make a success of her life.

Alves realized she wanted to transition during a photo shoot a year ago, she says, but she's always been aware of certain feminine tendencies.

As she goes through her transition, Alves will undergo more surgeries including gender realignment surgery.

McConnell indicated that the Senate process is at a standstill for now, and accused the House of getting "cold feet". Trump says he did nothing wrong and has dismissed his impeachment as a partisan bid to undo his 2016 election win.

Discussing the changes which have taken place since starting hormone therapy, Roddy said: 'My genitals have shrunk quite a lot and my sex drive has decreased a lot too, which doesn't bother me at all.

She continued, "I finally feel like the real me".

After the shoot, though, her transformation into Barbie was rapid.

Speaking of the concept of gender identity and branding themselves as a "gender fluid person", Rodrigo previously told MailOnline: 'People should be able to express themselves in ways that reject labels and gender stereotypes'. "I would see a attractive woman and feel jealous because I wanted to be like them", Alves told the outlet.

Roddy Alves was formerly known as the "human Ken doll". But deep inside, I was never happy.

"It feels incredible to finally tell the world I'm a girl", Alves told the Mirror.

'For years I tried to live my life as a man.

The TV personality exclusively told MailOnline that she doesn't want to fit to a mould by losing weight, and has chose to tone down her typically flamboyant style.

"I will have a penile inversion and my testicles will be removed".

"I'm a woman and have always had a feminine brain". And women look at me because they want to copy what I'm wearing.
