Banksy has confirmed that a new street art piece that appeared overnight on the side of a house in Barton Hill, Bristol is his work.

The artwork appears to be inspired by Valentine's Day, depicting a stencil of a young girl firing a slingshot of red flowers made with spray painted ivy.

People have already been visiting and taking photos of the artwork.

'There's been a lot of debate if it is a Banksy or not.

This piece joins Banksy's other array of famous graffiti pieces throughout Bristol, including The Mild Mild West, Gorilla in a Pink Mask and Well Hung Lover. "Most people I've spoken to think it 100 percent is, and they're naming it the Valentine's Banksy", she said. It's incredible and handsome'.

Josh Norman: Washington Redskins set to release cornerback
So, the question is, should the Detroit Lions bring in Josh Norman to be Darius Slay's wingman in 2020? That year saw him and the Panthers reach the Super Bowl, where they were beaten by the Denver Broncos.

But the family has mulled covering up the artwork with glass to preserve it, as well as shared concerns over Storm Dennis approaching over the weekend.

The unexpected art piece quickly became an attraction, as many believed the work to be of Banksy, the anonymous artist known for his often political street art. "Whoever painted, it's worth admiring their creativity".

He walked past it later with his girlfriend and was stunned to see the artwork had appeared.

In December, the elusive artist highlighted the issue of rough sleeping with a mural showing two flying reindeer pulling a homeless man on a street-bench sleigh, in the central English city of Birmingham.
