The department says the government there has charged Al-Nouri with two counts of murder in connection with a killing in 2006 in Fallujah.

It is not yet clear when Ahmed's extradition will be fully processed and he will be returned to Iraq.

This is why it is best to avoid jewellery that will draw unwanted attention and take away the focus from what you are presenting. A delicate diamond ring, a simple platinum or gold band looks great and works well with both Indian as well as western outfits.

U.S. Magistrate Judge John Z. Boyle issued a warrant on Wednesday, Aug. 29, the statement said.

The Justice Department sought an arrest warrant for Al-Nouri and he was taken into custody on Thursday in Phoenix. "The extradition case will be handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona and the Criminal Division's Office of International Affairs".

The statement noted the details in the Iraqi complaint were allegations that had yet to been proven in court. The US Secretary of State will decide on Ahmed's extradition of the alleged Al-Qaeda leader if the court certifies it.

According to prosecutors, a US court must certify the extradition and after that, the Secretary of State will decide if Ahmed Al-Nouri is sent to Iraq.
