Bruno Fernandes is eager to point out that Manchester United's recent upturn in form is not exclusively down to him, but he is pleased to be at Old Trafford and says the decision to make a January move was "easy".

Three starts, four goals, one assist and two Man of the Match awards later, Ighalo is serving a buffet of humble pies on the way to being one of the best loan signings at Manchester United.

Fernandes, 25, has become an instant favourite among the Old Trafford support, and his cult hero status was cemented when he made a shushing gesture towards the Manchester City boss in the 2-0 derby victory.

"The decision was easy because when I had the chance to come, I did not think about it", he said.

He continued: "For me, it doesn't matter what happens on the pitch, now we're out of it and it's past".

Despite slower growth forecasts and higher spending, Sunak said he would be able to meet the fiscal rules set by his predecessor Sajid Javid.

Since making his long-awaited Manchester United debut on February 1, Bruno Fernandes has widely been held as an instrumental figure in the club's unbeaten run across the nine games that have taken place.

"I think I look at the details because if you want to be better and one of the best, you need to look at the details. If it was a full house, I don't know [if Ighalo would have scored]", Schole told BT Sport. It doesn't matter for me if someone off the field is not happy about my pass, I will respect it but I will keep trying. "When I arrived, I saw the team push for the same team and win games, get better and I am another player to help".

Ighalo played with Fernandes during their brief stint together at Italian side Udinese back in 2013.

In exactly the fashion that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would have wanted, the former Sporting Lisbon midfielder has already contributed a number of goals and assists since joining the Premier League club. "It's hard to explain but think I need to look at the details to be better".
