Who Won The Washington Primary Election? Joe Biden

Joe Biden was the intended victor of the Florida presidential primary, in a vote Tuesday that was overshadowed by the coronavirus crisis.

Accelerating his momentum in the race, the former United States vice-president was leading rival Bernie Sanders by 61% to 23% with most results in.

According to the study taken on Tuesday, 71 percent of voters in Florida, 64% in IL and 63% in Arizona said they would favor Biden over Sanders in handling a crisis.

He said there's a lot for Sanders to consider, especially whether it "benefit [s] the project of defeating Trump for him to stay in this race simply to make a statement or is in time to consolidate around Biden". To win the nomination, 1,991 delegates are required.

Biden has seen strong turnout among older and black voters, particularly in southern states, while Sanders has not seen the youth turnout he hoped would negate Biden's advantage among traditionally reliable voters.

The impact of the national emergency was also evident in the polls: in IL, for example, 87% of voters said they were "very" or "somewhat" concerned about the virus, according to a CNN poll. Some - 13% in IL and 15% in Florida - say they would vote for Biden, but not Sanders.

Mike DeWine announced late last night that polls will be closed in the state on today as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The National Election Pool reportedly did not conduct in-person exit polls, instead choosing to do phone surveys. Other candidates who have since dropped out made up the remainder.

Dolphins, Kyle Van Noy agree to 4-year, $51M deal
He appeared in 51 games with 45 starts in New England, making 221 tackles, 16.5 sacks, two interceptions and five forced fumbles. Van Noy, who turns 29 on March 26, was an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his National Football League career.

Former Vice President Joe Biden delivered a message on Tuesday night to supporters of Sen. He also won the most states in the Super Tuesday primaries earlier this month.

Gloved poll workers and hand sanitizer dispensers met voters in the three states amid a health crisis that has upended the campaign and shut down much of American life as in other parts of the world. "It's not that I don't trust Bernie Sanders, but I trust (Biden) a little more". According to vote-by-mail totals released by the state on Tuesday morning, 658,234 Democrats returned a ballot, up from 528,210 in 2016.

Sanders performed well in IL in 2016, winning 11 of the state's 18 congressional districts and finishing with just two delegates fewer than Hillary Clinton.

A fourth state - OH - had also been scheduled to hold a primary on Tuesday but Governor Mike DeWine declared a "health emergency" because of coronavirus and voting was postponed.

Several states have postponed their Democratic presidential primaries, including Georgia, which had been scheduled to vote on 24 March; Louisiana, on 4 April; Maryland, on 28 April; and Kentucky, on 19 May.

He first discussed the coronavirus pandemic, and said tackling it is "a national emergency akin to fighting a war".

Tuesday may be a make-or-break moment for the leftist Sanders, who will face mounting pressure to quit if he does not score a major upset. President Donald Trump said he believes the postponements to be "unnecessary" Monday.
