Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry announced Thursday that Duval County's beaches would open at 5 p.m. but only for restricted hours and can only be used for swimming, running, surfing, walking, biking, fishing, and taking care of pets. It seemed as if the people went insane crowding the beaches without following the restrictions to follow social distancing or else, wear masks.

People flocked to a reopened beach in Jacksonville, Florida, on Friday afternoon after officials partially lifted restrictions aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus. 'Please respect and follow these limitations. Follow the guidelines for your safety and the safety of your neighbors.

Mayor Curry chose to open the beaches quickly after Governor Ron DeSantis gave the green light to some municipalities to begin reopening the beaches. "Do it in a safe way", DeSantis said.

DeSantis has received backlash for his handling of his state's outbreak, first for his refusal to close the beaches in March during spring break and then for his selection of "essential" businesses that includes the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando.

The US now has more than 700,000 confirmed cases of the coronavirus and some 37,000 deaths.

HP is introducing a similar refresh to the Envy 13 and Envy x360 13, updating them with the latest silicon from Intel and AMD. While the HP Envy line is arguably a more-affordable version of the HP Spectre line, the HP Envy 15 is still a sleek machine.

The cities of Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Neptune Beach are in support of Governor DeSantis' and Mayor Curry's emergency declarations regarding COVID-19, and requirements for social distancing and minimal group sizes. Group gatherings and camping overnight are still not allowed.

Pavilions and picnic areas are closed.

"We'll get back to life as we know it, but we must be patient", said Curry.

"We all live on it, so it has been torture looking at it and not being able to be out here", one beachgoer told CNN. "You've just got to do it in a way that's going to have low risk".
