LG Velvet Teaser Video Shows Off Design, Confirms Snapdragon 765 SoC

While the LG V60 ThinQ (our review) is definitely less expensive than its direct competitors, it's likely not what LG meant when they were talking about their new "offensive pricing policy".

In part 3 of LG's teased-out reveal of its next flagship phone (see part 1 and part 2), a new video from the manufacturer shows the design of the LG Velvet in full. The video, which is captioned in Korean, also emphasizes the LG Velvet's slender design. The video showcases the camera layout for front and rear sensors, as well as the colour options for the upcoming LG Velvet.

National testing coordinator warns against unapproved antibody tests
Abbott's IgG antibody test will initially be available on its ARCHITECTi1000SR and i2000SR laboratory instruments. While we're learning more about the new coronavirus every day, basic questions still need to be answered.

Another new design element will be 3D Arc Design, where the edges of the display and rear are symmetrically curved, giving a more natural feeling in the hands of consumers. The back of the phone looks very glossy - a popular appearance for handsets these days - and LG clearly is using gradients to give the LG Velvet a shimmery look.

The phone has its power button on the right side while the left is home to the volume buttons and the Google Assistant button. The SIM card tray is placed on the top of the frame while the USB Type-C port is located at its traditional place on the bottom. Thus, the phone that could have been the G9 is actually what we now know to be called Velvet.
