This special event aims at celebrating all those health workers who have been working on the frontlines and this event has been curated by the one and only, Lady Gaga.

The special will run in two parts: it will be live-streamed across several platforms, and will also be broadcast as a two-hour special.

Experts will address the latest guidelines, politicians will host talks about the pandemic and the impact on society.

Apart from a selection of speeches and talks from health officials and experts alike, the night will be rounded up by performances of various global acts.

The One World: "Together At Home concert represents a powerful show of solidarity against a common threat".

The appearance comes just days after US President Trump said the US would pause all funding to the World Health Organization, while the US conducts a review of the agency's handling of the COVID-19 crisis.

Which artistes will feature in the live stream?

The artists she's pulled together include Taylor Swift, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Coldplay's Chris Martin, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, and Stevie Wonder. Along with musical performances, a slew of celebrities will seem as effectively.

Heck, even the cast of Sesame Street is slated to appear! And already, stars are talking it up - not that there's any need to.

It is brekkie and beats for Aussies this Sunday morning, as the One World: Together at Home spectacular is being shown by Channel 10 from 10 am to 12 pm AEST on April 19. There are greater than fifty singers and musicians scheduled and the line-up is a digital who's who within the music trade.

In the UK, BBC One will screen highlights of the concert at 19:15-21:15 BST on Sunday.

However, the event won't only be available through traditional terrestrial means.

In addition, the special will also be a multi-hour digital broadcast streaming online on multiple global platforms, including: Alibaba, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, LiveXLive, Tencent, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, TIDAL, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo and YouTube.

"All we want from you is to support the global fight against coronavirus through taking action to support the Together at Home campaign - including taking a pledge stating that 'As a global citizen, I'm staying home!'" the statement read.

The event will be aired live in India on VH1 India, Comedy Central India, Colors Infinity, National Geographic, and VOOT on 19 April at 5:30 to 7:30 am IST, and again at 8:00 to 10:00 pm IST.
